ANALYSIS
EV Engineering utilizes one of the top 3 CAD packages in the world for a full Mechanical Engineering Design support to provide more accurate, smarter and flexible designs to accommodate for every customer needs from concept to final production to save costs with unnecessary rework. We also offer Finite element analysis for that critical design support.
LIFTING TACKLE INSPECTIONS (LTI)
Inspections are done on each lifting item with recording of wear, deformation, broken strands, damage and conformity. A report showing passed and failed equipment will be provided after each inspection. A new color is then put onto the inspected item for each quarter. There is no need for production to halt.
We also supply new/replacement lifting equipment where it is necessary.
SHEET METAL DESIGNS
We offer sheetmetal design solutions for complex shapes and geometry to be obtained with tranditional bending methods.
